For properties that have fallen behind and need more than standard maintenance.

This hourly rate is suited to shaggy or semi-overgrown properties where grass is heavily grown out, gardens need reshaping, gutters are built up, pathways or driveways require pressure cleaning, and trees or hedges need moderate pruning.

Typical examples include:

• Shin-high grass and thick growth

• Heavy edging and overgrown garden beds

• Moderate gutter clean outs

• Black mould, dirt or grime build-up on concrete

• Medium hedge and tree pruning

• Green waste removal and property tidy-ups

This service is labour and equipment intensive and is priced accordingly. Work is billed hourly based on site conditions and scope required.
